Holl’s Chocolate Pots de Crème


Active Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 generous servings


Ingredients:
8 ounces (3/4 cup)Holl’s 35% Swiss Milk Cooking Chocolate
8 ounces(1 cup)Heavy Cream
1 ounce(1 tbsp)Unsalted Butter, diced
3 tablespoonsBrandy, Cognac, Grand Marnier or any other liqueur


  1. In a medium saucepan, heat cream to near boiling. Remove from heat and let sit for two minutes.
  2. Add the chocolate to the saucepan and stir until chocolate has melted. Add liqueur.
  3. Add diced butter and stir until all the butter has melted.
  4. Pour into individual serving containers such as demitasse cups, martini glasses, or ramekins. Serve warm or chilled (may be made ahead and refrigerated.)
