Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards.

Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 3% is added to food products and 6% is added to shipping charges for orders shipped to destinations in West Virginia.

Our Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied that our chocolates are of the highest quality, simply return them for a prompt replacement or refund.

Substitutions
We create our chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness, occasionally this means we temporarily run out of certain flavors. If you have ordered a Custom Selected assortment and we are sold out of one or two of your selections we will substitute other varieties that you have selected. If we are sold out of more than two varieties that you have chosen we will notify you via telephone or email.

Allergen Information
As with most small confectionery producers, all of our chocolates are produced with the same tools and equipment. Therefore, even chocolates that do not contain nuts or dairy products as a direct ingredient may contain trace amounts of nuts or dairy. If you are allergic to nuts or dairy products we recommended that you not consume any of our products.

Shipping Details

• Shipping charges are calculated per recipient address using the chart below
• Orders received by 2 pm EST will ship the same day. Please allow one extra day for order preparation from November 25^th through December 25^th and from February 1^st through February 14^th.
• If a specific delivery date is required, use 2-Day or Overnight service
• We are not able to ship outside the United States
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be sent via 2-Day or Overnight service, an additional charge of $10 applies.
• Saturday delivery is available as an option on Overnight and 2-Day packages only for an additional charge of $15

Warm Weather Shipping
From April 1^st through October 15^th every shipment is boxed in specially designed, heat-resistant packaging with frozen gel packs to ensure its safe arrival. There is a surcharge of $5, in addition to our normal shipping rates, to offset the cost of this special packaging.

During this time we ship every package to arrive in two business days. Therefore, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure that no shipments are in transit over a weekend. If you are shipping to a destination outside of the two business day delivery area for Standard delivery, we will upgrade your package to a 2-day service at no additional cost to you.

Time in Transit Details

Standard Service – Standard delivery takes 1 – 5 business days. See the map below for an estimate of time in transit using standard service. Example – An order received on Monday by 2 pm for a destination in Florida (3 business days away) would normally ship that same day and be delivered no later than the end of business on Thursday.

2-Day Service – 2-Day service takes 2 business days.  Example - An order received by 2 pm on Monday would normally ship that same day and be delivered no later than the end of business on Wednesday.

Overnight Service – Overnight service takes one business day. Example - An order received by 2 pm on Monday would normally ship that same day and be delivered by the end of business on Tuesday.
