Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 1% is added to food products and 6% is added to shipping charges for orders shipped to destinations in West Virginia.
Our Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied that our chocolates are of the highest quality, simply return them for a prompt replacement or refund.
Substitutions
We create our chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness, occasionally we temporarily run out of certain varieties. If you have ordered a Custom Selected assortment and we are sold out of one or two of your selections we will substitute other varieties that you have selected. If we are sold out of more than two varieties that you have chosen we will notify you via telephone or email.
Allergen Information
As with most small confectionery producers, all of our chocolates are produced with the same tools and equipment. Therefore, even chocolates that do not contain nuts or dairy products as a direct ingredient may contain trace amounts of nuts or dairy. If you are allergic to nuts or dairy products we recommended that you not consume any of our products.
Warm Weather Shipping Information
From April 15th through October 15th, warm weather in much of the country requires the use of heat-resistant packaging.
Our heat-resistant packaging will maintain a cool temperature for 48 hours, so during this time we only ship on MONDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY to avoid packages being in transit over the weekend. Any orders received after 2 pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

- Orders received by 2 pm EST will ship the same day
- Shipping charges are calculated per recipient address using the chart below
- If a specific delivery date is required, use 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day service
- We are not able to ship outside the United States
- Shipments to Hawaii can only be sent via 2nd Business Day service, an additional charge of $10 applies.

Standard Service – Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
There are no service guarantees with Standard Service.
Example – An order received on Monday by 2 pm would normally ship that same day and be delivered no later than the end of business on the following Monday.
2nd Business Day Service – 2nd Business Day service takes 2 business days.
Saturdays and Sundays are not business days for shipping purposes.
Example - An order received by 2 pm on Monday would normally ship that same day and be delivered no later than the end of business on Wednesday.
Next Business Day Service – Next Business Day service takes one business day.
Saturdays and Sundays are not business days for shipping purposes.
