| | Active Time: 15 minutes | | Yield: 4 generous servings | | | Ingredients: | | 8 ounces | (3/4 cup) | Holl’s 35% Swiss Milk Cooking Chocolate | | 8 ounces | (1 cup) | Heavy Cream | | 1 ounce | (1 tbsp) | Unsalted Butter, diced | | 3 tablespoons | | Brandy, Cognac, Grand Marnier or any other liqueur | | - In a medium saucepan, heat cream to near boiling. Remove from heat and let sit for two minutes.
- Add the chocolate to the saucepan and stir until chocolate has melted. Add liqueur.
- Add diced butter and stir until all the butter has melted.
- Pour into individual serving containers such as demitasse cups, martini glasses, or ramekins. Serve warm or chilled (may be made ahead and refrigerated.)
